You can order a Swapphone via this website. Make your choice for a smartphone, subscription options and/or accessories and follow the steps for payment.

When you rent your device from us, Swapphone always remains the owner. At the end of the contract, you return the smartphone.

You rent the device from Swapphone. There is no repayment, which is why we do not report it to BKR.

Yes. The use of a protective case and screen protector is mandatory. That’s why you receive it with your Swapphone. We do this to limit damage as much as possible. You can also use your own trendy case, as long as the smartphone is well protected.

Email or call us directly. We are available every working day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. For example, if it is a software problem, we will try to solve it with you by email or telephone. If it is completely broken, we will swap it. You will receive a replacement device the next working day with a return label with which you can return the (defective) device to us. 

You can request a swap via mijn.swapphone.nl .

Click on ‘request swap’ in the left bar. Fill in the requested information and click on ‘send request’.

As soon as we have received your request, we will contact you as soon as possible. contact you

If your screen protector unexpectedly breaks, you will need to replace it. You can purchase this screen protector yourself, as long as the device is well protected.
